Effective today, I’ve decided to try a new commenting policy for my blog.

• You are no longer required to register with my blog to leave comments.
• Spam is being dealt with by Akismet Anti-spam plugin.
• Comments with one or more URL’s or containing certain Spam keywords words are automatically held for me to authorize.
• Comments with “bad” words are blacklisted.

I still recommend registering for my site if you are a frequent visitor, since I may switch back to the old way of things if this is too much of a hassle.

I’m doing this because I’m hoping for more activity in my comments.  I like having people registering for my site, but I understand that most people don’t want to do that.

Here’s hoping that this works out…
