The Word of Chaos

This post probably won’t make sense to anyone but me. It’s after 1 AM and I’m having problems sleeping. This is probably because I’m hyped up from birthday cookie and Mountain Dew. I’m not drunk… I’m just caffeinated! So, I’m dumping exactly what’s on my mind to this post and hoping for the best.

For starters, this girl is absolutely gorgeous.

I’m pretty sure there aren’t any girls like that at Tech. If there are any girls of that quality, they’re taken. I don’t regret going to Tech, but I’ve resolving to not finding the woman for me at that place. The social structure is so screwed up that I wouldn’t find a girl worth being with if I tried (I wouldn’t mind being proved wrong on this one.)

I’m waiting for a few “How can you tell that she’s a lot of fun?” comments. It’s pretty simple… This girl has placed videos of herself singing and being funny on the internet where people can see them. I have trouble finding girls who will even go out without makeup at all. That’s a pretty good indicator to me that she’s probably a lot of fun to be around. Case closed. She’s <3.

I’ve sat around with friends wondered where all of the good girls are hiding. All I can find are girls that want to go out and party all the time. I don’t understand how that can be fun when most of them can never tell me what they did for it to be fun! NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THAT TO ME! I’m sorry. I don’t see the fun. Perhaps that’s a matter of preference.

Here’s a life lesson. Don’t ask older people where the good girls are hiding.

“At the exact moment that you and your friends are wondering where the good girls are, there’s a group of girls wondering where a group of good guys are,” they’ll say. This falls under my policy of accepting stories of hot dates or catching a record breaking trout. Pictures or it didn’t happen!!!

Here’s a thought on marriage. If I’m engaged before age 25, shoot me. I can’t be playing with a full deck. I MIGHT BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A SUCCUBUS. PLEASE!!! SOMEONE SAVE ME!!!

On to a new rant topic…

It’s been at least a month since Camp STEM, and I’ve still not been paid for my counselor duties. None of the counselors have been paid yet as far as I know. If this was the pay of an administrator, I’m pretty sure a few heads would roll. One thing that really makes me angry is the new Tech Downloads page that features backgrounds featuring athletics and buddy icons for AIM. Yeah, that can take a nose dive into a tank of bile. I have enough pride to say I’m a student of the Computer Science Department (which is awesome.) I don’t have enough pride to remove Shiro from my buddy icon for the sake of having a Golden Bear icon. To sum my feelings up, let me say that engineering rules. Everything else blows. Want me to sum it up? I will elsewhere…

I wish the school still carried the motto “Students are first.” I’d sue for false advertising. I think “Commute or Lose Your Morals!” is a good motto.

I’ve got it! Tech is like the Big Lots of the educational world! It makes perfect sense! You can get mediocre things at both places. Every once in a while, you’ll find a great deal at both places. I’m even afraid to eat the food at both places! It’s uncanny! Holy crap! *cries* I like to think of Tech Administration as a whole as Reserve Macguyver. They can turn anything into crap…

Just one more year…

The smell of bacon is drifting into my room from my fan. Sorry, I thought that’d be funny to write. Seriously though…
